Attach TWO (minimum 250 word) essays.

What are your plans after high school?

What have you learned while in the MCJROTC program?

Attach TWO letters of recommendation.

One from an AHS faculty member.

One from a community member.

Attach your proof of school enrollment.

Attach your proof of the SAT/ACT score.

Attach your proof of 2.0 GPA or higher.
Activity Record: Please List any significant awards/honors, jobs held, service, and leadership opportunities. You should include activities that are school, MCJROTC and community related. Please also include the years active/participated in the program.
