MCJROTC BOOSTER CLUB EMERGENCY MEETING 7/2/25

CALL TO ORDER: (President: Stephanie Lamb)

Meeting Date: July 2, 2025

Members Present: Stephanie Lamb, Wayne Lamb, Stephanie Engolio, Ryan Engolio, Tonyna Breaux, Dustin Breaux Sr.

Keynote: Emergency meeting to announce a change in bank account signer status.  

PRESIDENT: Stephanie Lamb

A vote for next year's board was held on 5/20/25:

The results of the vote were announced as follows:

-President: Stephanie Lamb (9 votes)

-Vice President: Ryan Engolio (8 votes)

-Treasurer: Stephanie Engolio (9 votes)

-Secretary: Tonyna Breaux (9 votes)

The new board members were congratulated and thanked for their willingness to serve. The outgoing board members were also acknowledged and appreciated for their contributions.

Stephanie Lamb (President) will remain a signer on the Community Resource Credit Union bank account. Tonyna Breaux will be removed as a signer from the Community Resource Credit Union bank account. Stephanie Engolio (incoming Treasurer) will be added as a signer to the Community Resource Credit Union bank account. This will be accomplished at the next available opportunity.
