ACTION ITEMS: President

• AIM Insurance Renewal - Due Aug 2nd

  • Will be paid.

• Website updates

  • Wix Renewal - Aug 22nd $669.24

    • Will get together to contact TechSoup for discounts.

    • Domain and Wix site renewal. Discuss with IT.

  • Update inventory portion of the online store.

• Bylaws

  • Possible changes to Bylaws.

• Merchandise Inventory

  • Discussed current inventory.

  • New shirt and hoodie

    • Option for Stephanie E. to create print for hoodies.

    • Zippered hoodies will be pre-order only. $35

    • Option for 250th Marine Anniversary shirt.

      • Seek assistance/donation from sponsors.

    • Create a size list for new merch purchases.

    • Discussed prices to sell new shirts.

    • Seek out lower prices from other companies.

  • Pricing Membership $35 for a vote.

    • Purchasing extra shirts is optional.

  • Shirt Options

    • Update option online. TX gray remains at $15. Blue and red will have a discount code.

  • Discussed sponsorship levels.

  • Volunteer shirts must have a cutoff date of September 1.

  • Start reaching out to sponsors.

    • Wear Booster shirts.

    • Promote the program and sell merch.

    • Wear Booster shirts.

    • Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, etc.
