    • Outstanding $400 - Dayton Drill entry

    • $60 check needs to be deposited.

    • 3 charges for $2.50 from Dayton Drill(1/31/26)

    • $150 due to the welding shop for trophies

    • Morning run times: 8 am, 10:15 am, and 11:30 am. 

      Red print is elementary. Blue print is youth and black print will be adult.

    • Optional logo for shirt was shared in meeting. Off-white shirt with color print by grouping (red, white, blue, black theme), platinum sponsors listed on the back

    • Flyer

    • Balloon 

    • HEB donations? 

    • No runner bag 

    • Participation medals 

    • Update website to add Eagle Dash information. 

    • Course: Volunteers needed to clear out, physical labor. The course will be walked by MGuns and an assistant. March 28th (Saturday), April 4th (Saturday) 

  • Marksmanship

    • Athena Devices: Marksmanship

      • Discussed what is needed to purchase. 

      • Four is the most we can fit. $2,012/piece per shooting station. 

      • Still looking at pieces we might need. A router is needed. Cost: $200. 

      • Looking at a possible grant to cover costs. 

      • Need assistance from Humble ISD to help with IT for Athena. 


MEMBER REQUESTS:

  • Drop the price of the 250th-anniversary shirt to $15 to sell. 


INSTRUCTOR(S): MGySgt Fleming

Lunch and Gatorade needed for cadets for the 2/18/26 Field Meet at Humble High School. Nationals: Georgia, the week of April 11th. Marine Corps pay for top 3. If we get an invite, then Booster will pay for expense. No additional information.
