Sponsorships are slightly below target budget at $3,400. Goal is $3,500. Still waiting on a sponsorship check from Cane’s, which would exceed our goal.
Christmas parade registrations will be coming up.$30 entry fee.
Zippered Hoodie update: 1st delivery is in, and is in process. Estimated completion is at the end of September. Once complete, MGuns will distribute.

Motion to vote on senior gift item: All attending members approved.
Speaker
MGuns will reach out to guest speaker.
Two options at the moment.
MGuns will handle speaker gift with reimbursement from Booster.
Tickets
Go on sale this Thursday, 9/25.
Cadets are free. Guests are $35 per person.
Cadets must submit attending/not attending through QR code. Must submit by 10/17. If changes are made, must disclose to Booster.
QR form helps Booster decide whether to limit tickets.
Sales end 10/23. STRICT date because venue will need the final attendance count.

INSTRUCTOR(S): MGySgt Fleming
Thanks to Booster for the purchase of the marksmanship slings. Needs to get with Treasurer for postal entries. Goal is to practice shooting for competitive qualification. 1st focus is marksmanship and 2nd focus is drill team. Cadets can wear Mosaic shirts under uniform and for PT. Volunteer positions are available to cadets int he program (admin, armory, etc.) Fundraiser might start in October and run for three weeks. No supplies are needed from Booster at the moment.
