• Scholarship Committee Meeting Date

  • The selection meeting will take place on May 4th.

  •   Scholarship Application Deadline – April 21 

• Cadet Field Trip

  • Hart's Museum and Main Event on May 2nd 

  • Committee voted to designate $1,000 for a cadet field trip.

• Executive Board Application Form 

  • We are taking applications for all positions. 

• Birthday Ball – 11/8/25 

  • Needed: A photographer and caterer are still needed. 

• Awards Ceremony

  • Award ceremony will be held on May 6th at 8:00 p.m. 

  • Punch and cookies will be served.  

• Yearbook Update

  • Yearbooks are still for sale until April 26th.   

• Spirit Nights

  • Buffalo Wild Wings TBA, May 16th?

  • The Brewers on May 19th?

  • Crust Pizza on May 9th

  • Cadet responsibilities will be assigned. 

  • Member responsibilities will be assigned.   

  • t-shirt pre-order: white, dry-fit t-shirt for $20.00 

  • Items are still needed for the raffle and silent auction. 

  • Sponsors are still needed. 

  • Advertising: Social Media 

  • A stage is needed for a band.  

    • A band has still not been confirmed.

  • There are 18 vendors signed up to participate.
