  • $2,000 Perez Scholarship 2026

• The 25-26 Military Event Hall (Fountain View Farms) is PAID OFF.

• Audit Committee volunteers are needed for the audit scheduled for July.

• Car Show Debrief 

• Suggestions to improve or change 

• Choose a date as soon as possible to begin planning.   

• Enter through Will Clayton for better visibility. 

• Start judging at 11:00 a.m. 

• Make a generic sign for the car show to post days before the event. 

• Make an itemized auction list.  

• Have a packing party to gift wrap and prepare auctioned items. 

• Have a motorcycle event. 

• Lower entry charge. 

• Advertise the fundraiser to encourage participants to pay their fees.  

• We should acquire more food trucks and a coffee truck.

• Yearbook Update 

  • There is one yearbook left. 

• New merchandise ideas 

  • There is a new design for a T-shirt and a hoodie. It was suggested to make a zip-up jacket.

2025-2026 Executive Board Vote

Voting was completed, and new members were announced.   

• Stephanie Lamb received nine votes and will serve as the President. 

• Ryan Engolio received eight votes and will serve as the Vice President. 

• Stephanie Engolio received nine votes and will serve as the Treasurer. 

• Tonyna Breaux received nine votes and will serve as Secretary.   

INSTRUCTOR NOTES (Major Carlstrom and Master Guns): 

The End of Year Potluck will be held on May 29th.  The Booster Club will provide silverware, plates, and cups.
