  • Account (Available) Balance: $30,138.00 

  • Square Account: $629.95

  • PayPal Account: $195.39

  • Total (Available) Balance: $30,963.34 

• Deductions remaining as of this meeting: $5,145.74

  • Yearbook remaining balance is $445.74.

    • Motion to pay: Dustin Breaux Sr., and Pennie LeBlanc

  • $4,700 for the 2025 Military Ball Event Hall

  • Asked sponsors about a Vertical Raise check for $27.44. Major C. is checking on that information.

• Note: Each quarter, funds from the PayPal and Square accounts will be carried over to assist with end-of-year audits.

• Scholarships

  • Tonyna Breaux will email sponsors the release of the 2025 Senior Cadet Scholarship forms. Opening March 21, 2025 - April 21, 2025. Approximate awarded amount up to $3K.

• Spirit Nights

  • Tonyna spoke with Smashburgers. GroupRaise approved the fundraiser, but the restaurant hasn't. Still awaiting information from the manager. Tonyna is also waiting on iHop for approval. 

• Birthday Ball - 11/8/2025

  • Needed: Photographer and caterer 

    Stephanie Engolio suggested Crazy Good Pasta & More. She will reach out for a possible tasting. Pricing is around $125-$150 a tray, which feed approx. 20 per tray. Servers are provided, but serving cake is extra.

    
    

VICE PRESIDENT: Dustin Breaux Sr.  

• Car Show - 4/26/2025 (11am - 4pm)

  • Updated website and flyer

  • T-shirt update

    • All in agreement for Pre-orders only at $20/shirt. Motioned by Dustin Breaux Sr., and Wayne Lamb. Initial purchase is a Dri-Fit material with all colors for logo at $14.50/shirt.

  • Items needed for raffles and silent auction

    • 2 items were donated by Crossman Air Guns ($40/piece), given by Ryan Engolio

  • Sponsors needed

    • Ryan Engolio and Tonyna Breaux reached out to over 200 possible sponsors.

  • Advertising

    • Booster members will share flyers to companies. Tonyna Breaux posted on numerous social media accounts.

  • Dunk Tank - Ranging from $250-$400.

  • Vehicles - Looking for more signups.

  • Judging - Discussed judging the cars. Possible judges needed.

  • Trophies - Wayne Lamb is in charge of creating trophies. Looking for more parts.

  • Vendors/Food Trucks - Continue reaching out to vendors and food trucks for opportunities.

INSTRUCTOR NOTES (Major Carlstrom and Master Guns): 

Issued reimbursements for Marksmanship Postal competition trophies, and shipment of trophies. Discussed the National Drill Competition in Daytona, FL on May 3rd and May 4th. Waiting on decisions and estimates from sponsors. Award Ceremony: May 6, 2025, but is subject to change depending on other circumstances.
