PRESIDENT: Kristel Herring

• Membership

  • Membership forms were highlighted, with a request for completion if not done.

• Raptor

  • The Raptor Report was discussed, with an email copy requested once approved.

• Drill Meets

  • Oct 21st Dayton Drill Meet success was acknowledged, expressing gratitude for donated items.

  • Details for the upcoming Dec 9th Travis Drill Meet, including proposed food ideas, were presented.

• Volunteer Expectations

  • Emphasis on executive board members handling money; non-executive board members reminded not to.

  • Parent volunteers reminded to check in and out at events and communicate availability promptly.

• Booster Club Facebook Page

  • Events are being created on the new Facebook page, with members urged to post event photos.

• Committees

  • Call for members to sign up for committees, especially an honorary committee chairperson.

• Martine Corps Military Ball

  • Scheduled for November 10th at Elegant Hall.

  • Details on DJ, photographers, cake, catering, bus service, and volunteers were discussed.

  • Confirmation of a sign-out sheet for cadet gifts.

  • Exploration for a new venue for the following year.

VICE PRESIDENT: Stephanie Lamb

• Update on Spirit Nights/Fundraising.

• Success of the Zombie Run, with $3394.75 made.

• Consideration of Eagle Dash, potentially including a car show in May.

• Noted higher-than-anticipated costs for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball.

  • Introduction of the Booster Club domain.

• Car Show

  • Updates on the Car Show, including approved use of the parking lot and ongoing graphic work.

  • Sponsorship outreach to Slater's Automotive and Texan Dodge.
